I was called by Realtor Imani Jones at 7pm. I had never met him before. He only gave his first name and did not say what company he worked for (I verified his number against the number posted on their website after the fact). And he asked me if I live on my [street] and I confirmed. And then he asked me if I wanted to sell. I said no. He pushed further and then told me he could offer me cash for my place.
