We put in an application for a home that was for rent and paid the application fee and we were told that they would contact us as soon as everything came back. To our surprise, we never received a call back and come to find out 2 weeks after we put in the application, they rented the home to someone else. Would have been nice to have got a call to tell us we either didn't qualify or that they were going to rent to someone else instead of keeping us waiting and having to find out ourselves that it was rented out to someone el... read more
Worst home buying experience ever! Do NOT recommend Exit Reality! Realtor didn’t show up to either of the closing. My family purchased TWO homes .

Our experience with Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates was very good. In particular,working with our agent,Tim Page. Tim Page is very knowledgeable about the market in Murfreesboro and Rutherford County. He is the consummate professional. Always kind,courteous,on time,patient and willing to work with you on your schedule. It took us several months to decide on a home to buy and he was "steady as she goes." Believe me when I say he WILL help you. If your looking for a home call Exit. Ask for Tim Page. You'll be glad you did!
Have bought over 30 houses and worse experience I have ever had. Realtor never showed up at closing, think she worked for seller not me the buyer. Never met her in person no walk through of house. Said there was sprinkler system in yard no there is not. Nothing good to say. Could go on and on. Two houses bought by this family on same street same realtor same bad experience.
