Could not ask for someone with more knowledge, consideration, and understanding of our needs/wants. Catherine made multiple trips, even when sick to accommodate our needs. Jumped many hurdles to our advantage.
My Wife and I were residing in Raleigh NC when we decided to visit Delaware in July 2018.I went on the internet and looked at Grace Johnson background and told my wife this is the Agent we need and must make contact with her when we decide to move to Delaware.Grace has one of best sense of humor and professionalism I have dealt with regarding buying a house,she made the transition go very smoothly without and negative moments,I would highly reccomend her services to anyone shopping for a house.
Grace has restored my faith in Exit Reality. She was so knowledgeable of areas in Delaware., and flexible working with my husband and I crazy schedules. She was honest with us all the way and did not rush or pressure us to settle with a house just to spend things along. She found us out dream home in the price range we wanted, and I couldn’t ask for a better relitor. Will deffinetly be reach out to her if we ever look to sell. Would recommend her to everyone looking to buy in Delaware
We were moving from a different State and Catherine was extremely helpful during the entire process. After showing us many homes we decided to build. We weren't looking to build but that is what we ended up doing. She stayed with us throughout the process. Since this was our first experience building a new home and we were out of state she went the extra mile to be sure we were aware of all that was going on. Thank You Catherine!!!!
