Amanda was amazing from the beginning! She is very personable and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to buy in. Amanda walked us through the house-buying purpose and didn't make us feel stupid. She answered all of our questions quickly. My Wife and I were residing in Raleigh NC when we decided to visit Delaware in July 2018.I went on the internet and looked at Grace Johnson background and told my wife this is the Agent we need and must make contact with her when we decide to move to Delaware.Grace has one of best sense of humor and professionalism I have dealt with regarding buying a house,she made the transition go very smoothly without and negative moments,I would highly reccomend her services to anyone shopping for a house.

We were moving from a different State and Catherine was extremely helpful during the entire process. After showing us many homes we decided to build. We weren't looking to build but that is what we ended up doing. She stayed with us throughout the process.
