Selling a home can be a daunting adventure to say the least. Catherine addressed each concern and question thoroughly and patiently which I so appreciated. Her housing market knowledge guided my listing price and she was accurate in her advice. My home sold quickly and over listing price. Needless to say, I highly recommend Catherine. Catherine made the process of home purchase smooth and enjoyable. Very mindful on what we were looking for and very flexible with scheduling. When I got sent to Europe for my job, she went well above and beyond, getting in contact with the mortgage lender to keep the process from slowing down. She really took the time to talk with us, get to know us and what we were looking for. She made the entire process of buying the land for our dream retirement home not only stress free but pleasant!
