I was the buying side agent on a simple rental deal over 60 days ago. First, there were endless excuses on why I didn't get the check for 1/2 of the first month. Then, the check was made out for the wrong amount. More promises were made that the "check is in the mail." I finally gave up and sent in the check for $375 and it BOUNCED!!!
