JULY 6, 2025 UPDATE: I HAD TO WITHOLD PAYMENT TO GET THE SLIDE LOCK FIXED.,I WITHHELD ON MY 2 SMALLER UNITS THEY FIXED IT YESTERDAY (*SUPPOSEDLY) AND LOCKED ME OUT OF 1 UNIT TODAY!!! I HAVENT HAD ACCESS FOR MONTHS DUE TO BROKEN LOCKS!!! ANOTHER UPDATE, SEVEN MONTHS I'VE HAD THINGS IN STORAGE THERE. THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN THE MATTRESS LAYING THERE AWAY BUT PEOPLE HAVE ADDED MORE FURNITURE! Exit 51 storage this is awesome establishment. Very friendly people. And very very secure I feel safe renting a unit there
Edit to add, just called them & Jose was professional & actually answered unlike other companies I've rented from. Super easy to deal with. Thanks again. Just rented a unit here...I've had several storage lockers in the past, but this was the easiest and the cheapest. I rented over the phone, man was very nice & only took a few minutes. Plus, they provide a lock! That's the first time, ever.
