Service with absolute friendliness. Can’t say enough about this crew. Went beyond expectations and will use them every time I’m in the greater Phoenix area.
First time I went here my bike had an annoying squeak. After discussing with Steve and another technician, Steve thought it was the seat post. After a quick adjustment no more squeak and he barely charged a thing. Second time I had purchased a set of tubeless tires for my road bike. I was in kind of a hurry to get them mounted but did not want to be a high maintenance customer so I dropped off my bike and proceeded to go home and wait. Been using this shop since I bought my 1st Mt. bike when Nathan worked there when it was Excellent bikes, and over the years after he became the owner, I've bought several bikes and power train upgrade. Always happy with the service, and the personal touch!
I have always had nothing but AMAZING service here!! Anytime I need help with my bike I can go in and ask questions, and they are super helpful! I feel they go above and beyond to help us and I love that! I am on a very tight budget and they have very good prices!
got a used bike in great condition. i brought it in for a tune up, over 4 years since I stopped riding. I did not realize tubeless bikes had to be rode, not sit idle...after the 3rd time, Steve said just get on the bike and ride. Great group of people working there, I will continue to bring in my bikes for any service no matter how minor. I rode about 1 mile, slowing getting back on the road again.

I've purchased 2 bicycles from Exhale Bikes since 2015, a mountain bike and a flat bar road bike. I couldn't be happier with the service and the experience. I've also purchased tires tools and a rim from them, and I go to them for maintenance and adjustments as well. I'll purchase again.
