Would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a dropper seat post I had brought in to see what’s wrong one of the guys told me you have to ship it to the factory to get it rebuilt.... come to find out from a bike shop that DOES know what there talking about (Gordys) it just needs bled. After I already spent $200 for a new one. Save your time & money and don’t take your bike here

Did not help us out at all. Kept our bike for no reason because they did nothing. Have bad advice that could have injured us.

Did not get the job done. Made us think they would try to work on it and they Actually did not do anything to the bike at all. Told these people we were from out town and had limited time and instead of saying hey guys we are sorry but we are not going to be able to get to this job they just kept the bike and did nothing. Total waste of our time when they simply could have just said no and we could have been on our way somewhere else. They were also very rude in the process. When told the things we would like them to check one of the workers stated, “hey man your talking about an entire overhaul of the bike and you have limited time to get it done” hence why we thought they could do the total of 45 minutes max it would have taken to fix a spoke nipple, place handle bar grips, and put a tube in a flat tire. 4 days later and nothing is done. Customer service goes a long way guys and perhaps being honest about not being able to do what was asked in the time frame we had. Can’t help we have to go back to our jobs all the way across the country in NC. Learn to start saying sorry we can’t get that job done and being nice about it. That would have gone a lot better than well leave the bike here and then nothing gets done.

Thank you for working hard finding creative solutions to get my bike back on the road and me riding. Suppy chains are taxed and people are stressed. Exhale handles it with a smile (I think under their masks) and top notch customer service. You won me over to be my go to local shop. Thanks again!

I would like to thank Jason, Lance and Steve for their help. I dealt with Lance first, and he was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He gave many options for me, and was thorough in his explanations. Next I dealt with Jason, and Jason has helped a ton. He helped me selecting a right bike, to helping me change the parts at the lowest cost to me. Lance also suggested right tires for my way of riding. Store is excellent. I upgraded the seat, and they gave me a credit for the exchange. Granted it was replacement of the original seat that came on a brand new bike, that was switched to a new seat from their store. other store would do that. So in my case it cut down the price of a bigger seat in half. From $50 to $25 after credit. Tires changed in the same fashion. If you buy a bike from them you get lifetime tune-up of derailleur, for free. Prices for the repairs are lower than most stores I have seen. MOST importantly experience is very different from other stores. It was good every time I have been there. I actually got a follow up calls once they received Specialized Roll, just to try. I have been to some stores around town and attitude completely turned me off. Without saying the name of the bike stores, but major ones, where techs scuff at you, or think you are stupid because you are asking questions. I highly recommend Exhale Bikes based on the strength of their knowledge and attitude. Perhaps there are other stores similar to Exhale, but I haven't seen one like that. They are "Specialized Bike" brand authorized retailer They also will help you pick out a bike based on price. They won't scuff at you if you say what you need. They even matched the Specialized Bikes price online for me in the store. Steve allowed that, and that's great, because stores won't do that normally, unless it's a huge retailer. Thank you Jason, Lance, Steve.
