I would like to thank Jason, Lance and Steve for their help. I dealt with Lance first, and he was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He gave many options for me, and was thorough in his explanations. Next I dealt with Jason, and Jason has helped a ton. He helped me selecting a right bike, to helping me change the parts at the lowest cost to me. Lance also suggested right tires for my way of riding. Store is excellent. I upgraded the seat, and they gave me a credit for the exchange. Granted it was replacement of the original seat that came on a brand new bike, that was switched to a new seat from their store. BUT...no other store would do that. So in my case it cut down the price of a bigger seat in half. From $50 to $25 after credit. Tires changed in the same fashion. If you buy a bike from them you get lifetime tune-up of derailleur, for free. Prices for the repairs are lower than most stores I have seen. MOST importantly experience is very different from other stores. It was good every time I have been there. I actually got a follow up calls once they received Specialized Roll, just to try. I have been to some stores around town and attitude completely turned me off. Without saying the name of the bike stores, but major ones, where techs scuff at you, or think you are stupid because you are asking questions. I highly recommend Exhale Bikes based on the strength of their knowledge and attitude. Perhaps there are other stores similar to Exhale, but I haven't seen one like that. They are "Specialized Bike" brand authorized retailer They also will help you pick out a bike based on price. They won't scuff at you if you say what you need. They even matched the Specialized Bikes price online for me in the store. Steve allowed that, and that's great, because stores won't do that normally, unless it's a huge retailer.
