Billing department calling me at 7pm about a bill from November. The lady ended up cussing at me also threatening me and when I asked to speak to manager she hung up. I called the department back they are closed.
I just spent 7 days in this hospital. Went in with extreme abdominal / back pain and because I was sepsis with an infection. Came out with the pain and without any clues as to why????? The nurses / nurses aides in the ER and PCU were fantastic. Doctor Weeks on the other hand made me feel like I nor my concerns didn’t matter, just another “body” to him. The staff were great and made me feel at ease and did what I needed to get better.
My Pain Care recommended this place my appointment was at 12:40 I was coming from Manchester New Hampshire I got to the property by 12:30 and had stopped at the valets spots twice looking and asking directions to get to the appropriate building due to having employees that were not trained properly and did not know where Services they offer are located I showed up to my appointment at 12:50 when I got to the front desk I was me greeted by one of the check-in staff who said that they were unsure if I was going to be able to b... read more
Absolute money grubbing scumbags. 800$ for a bag of saline, doctor billed separately, didn't help me feel better and then charged me thousands of dollars and constantly cancels my automatic payments. Screw these guys, I'd rather die.

My family can’t thank Bramble Children ward, they have provided amazing care for my boy over the last two days. Went above and beyond their duties and the little extra touches made life so much easier during a difficult time for us all. We can not thank you enough. So thank you again
