Great Family Center to have your baby! All the nurses are supportive to Mom and Dad. I would recommend this hospital to anyone that is planning on having a baby.
Great nursing staff! Gave great care every time we went in for surgery. Surgery waiting rooms attendants were very caring and helpful and helped keep you up to date.
I was mistreated twice by a male nurse here (I believe his name was Chris but I'm not 100% sure). The worst was when he screamed at me when I had kidney stones because I was crying and cried out "fuck" as I was in 10/10 pain "watch your MOUTH, theres a CHILD in the next room!" he said. Completely unnecessary, I was in horrible pain! Another time he rolled his eyes and walked out the room and muttered that he is not helping me because I was nervous about getting blood drawn as I tend to faint so I was teary eyed. Worse place ever! Miserable staff. Broken communication. Never will return or recommend! Should be condemned.
They killed my mom. She went to the ER and they told her that her problem was in her head. They let some random therapist diagnose and medicate her, then they discharged her. She died 5 days later. I encourage anyone who was harmed by this facility to file a report with the Joint Commission. It won’t help you specifically, but it may save someone else from the same suffering. http://www.jointcommission.org/
