Perfect. Every time. Awesome breakfast, just the way only a diner can do. Tremendous low-key salad bar and the broiled seafood dinner is amazing. Stop in for some food and leave with a smile. Truly an Exeter treasure!

We always stop in when we go to Berks County, love the soups ,the fresh breads and the saladbar. Food was as always delicious...but the waitress was terrible, she served the food and that was it. I had to call for her to come to my table to get a coffee refill , she never asked if we needed anything. We came at an of time so it wasn't to busy so there was no excuse for such lousy service and she wasn't new because she knew certain customers by name. I stopped over there cus I was hungry and our car was being inspected. So... I've been hungry for a turkey club sandwich. Well I got one w/ fries and soup and a coke. Boy was it good!! Great food , friendly staff and nice waitress and it's cozy inside ... how can u go wrong! I Highly recommend eating at The Exeter Restaurant.

As always the food was great. My issue was they put us right near the door. We were ok with that UNTIL, they didn't stop people from standing in the door way and holding open the doors. We were so cold. When the waitress who was awesome, came over to see if we wanted anything else. My response was No, we are freezing cold. My sons breakfast got cold before he could eat it. They did finally tell people to let the doors close but, we were paying by that point. I think I was more angry at the ignorance of those holding open the... read more

Very clean. Prime Rib was cooked the way I wanted it. Salad Bar was stocked well. Soup was very good. Bread was fresh and could cut our own at the salad bar. And our service was extremely efficient. Will go again.

I get the breaded veal cordon blue with baked potato and brown gravy and it's always awesome great food excellent service don't eat any where else.
