The entry ramp and front door area do not look good. They do not convey a sense of confidence--need repainting. Second, I have suggested before and still feel that you should cover the handle for the operating lamp with a disposable plastic cover that is replaced for each patient. The hand of the operator goes back and forth between the handle and the patient's mouth. Wiping down the handle between patients I would feel does not suffice for best practice in infection control.
