Extremely competent, very friendly and accommodating, very effective. I know that all my dental issues will be explained clearly and all options presented. Jennifer and all the staff are awesome, especially Jennifer. Michelle the hygienist is super! Kelly is Super also! Carl and Dr. Churchill are first rate!
I have been a patient for many years. I am a 74 year lady who is ALWAYS on time for my appt. and ALWAYS pays in full for services rendered at the time. I think most local dental offices would be happy to have me as a long term patient. Having said that I did not appreciate having to wait 20 minutes to be seen. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, which I declined. I had made sure I was on time, waited to be seen and planned my day around my appointment, why would I want to do this again? Nothing less than what I fully expected based on past experience. Only 2 dentists in my lifetime have maintained the professional and courtesy level that you do, which is why I go there. The other one ran a close second, very personable, entertaining, painless, easy going and no pressure. I once drove two hours to him to get a broken filling fixed. Thanks for your professionalism.
As always, I received an excellent cleaning and evaluation of my dental health. Lisa is always thorough. She explains in clear terms, offers suggestions and answers all my questions.
