Stay away! Medical Director is only a title for this Dr Lunsford at Exer Westwood because it was not the best experience or care being that it was provided by THE Medical Director. No, Stay far away!! I went in with excruciating pain in my throat, upon exam Dr. can see issue in plain view state "take an Advil, we'll swab for Strep." I knew that wasn't good enough based on the pain I felt behind my ear and in my chest (which I expressed) I left there and went to the Emergency room, upon exam I was taken immediately to the bac... read more
