I honestly don’t know Which medical provider I saw, she was a women Middle Eastern or Latina In her 30s. I just really hate it when providers are dismissive and refused to treat you. I have two active accesses/skin infections that she insisted she would not treat and She also refused to prescribe me any antibiotics for a wound leaking pus. Boo, I hope everyone gets the healthcare they deserve.
I have been to this urgent care twice in the past few years and both times the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
Front Desk boy was letting people in out of order. Meaning. People that were waiting for an hour had to wait another hour because the front desk boy did not know how to check in people in order. Doctors and nurses were great as always. However, I did have to call urgent care three times for them to actually call my pharmacy to fill my prescription. I guess that’s what you get for speaking up once you see something wrong.
