Venice Urgent Care was my go to the urgent medical needs, but this last year I was hit with many out of network bills for labs. In the past, I was always informed of the costs upfront but not this time. Perhaps since they are no longer Venice Urgent Care and now Exer that might be the problem. Beware, ask all costs questions upfront before you leave their office.
Helpful patient understanding and efficient
The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was the definition of professional. Brad the provider was outstanding he took his time to answer all of my questions and I could tell he and the staff genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I had a wonderful experience at this location.
