I had a great experience at Exer Thousand Oaks. Dr. Asimus was excellent and took the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. He was very informative, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on and what my next steps should be. What I appreciated most was how comfortable he made me feel throughout the visit. I’ve always had a good experience with Exer Urgent Care locations, and the Thousand Oaks location was no exception. My wait time with no appointment was reasonable, the staff was professional, and the provider was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. The reason for my visit was easily taken care of. I won’t hesitate to go back if the need arises in the future.
There was a rather long two hour wait for a walk-in appointment, but the actual care I received was polite and professional. Tally was friendly and efficient in collecting my background information. I missed getting the doctor‘s name. Staff was also quite helpful in facilitating testing.
I had the best patient experience I've had in a very long time- with Dr. Derek. He's thorough and efficient without skipping on the compassion. Very hard to come by in the healthcare industry in this day and age. I appreciate the whole staff being so kind.
