I recommend this urgent care to everyone the entire staff is amazing they all went above and beyond on my visit thank you to the provider, Joel Breck, and his team Jennifer, Eulalia and Dalian thank you for taking excellent care Of me.
The care team that helped me on my recent visit was amazing! Marina, Jennifer, Dalia and Talia all treated me with extreme hospitality. They made sure any questions I had or things I was unsure of were answered and clarified!
EDIT: Updating this review to 5 stars because my issue was resolved and leaving my original criticism. I've never felt the need to push back on medical advice before, this was my first time. But I was particularly motivated because I was in pain, uncomfortable, and had been in and out of urgent care over the week and not had much sleep with what was going on. I grew up in a “I don’t need a doctor” family, so yesterday when I bent my finger backwards I was skeptical about going and worried it wasn’t “bad enough” and that the staff would think it a little weird I was there. But last year, I broke a toe and it healed funny and I didn’t want the to be the case if I broke my finger. I came prepared to plead my case, to tell them I know it’s not bad but I wanted to be sure, I’m not looking for pain meds/etc/etc. Not at all needed.
