Had a great visit here for an urgent issue. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional right from check-in. The process was smooth and pleasant — no long waits, no runaround. The doctor was amazing — thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Made me feel genuinely cared for, not rushed like a number. Clean facility, friendly team, and top-notch care. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing urgent care in Irvine.
