I was seen within a timely manner and Terrance and Dr. Adili-Khams were very thorough and helpful. The office called to check up on me the next day as well. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone and will come back if needed.

I came in to the urgent care with a golf-ball sized cyst that had suddenly become painful, and was given a pelvic exam where I was treated like I came in for no reason. When I sat up from the exam, the cyst ruptured, and the doctor treating me told me that nothing had happened and the discharge I was seeing was just the lubricant used for the exam-- going as far as to try to tell me she'd used an "entire bottle" of jelly, which... is insane. They are not reliable and found them to be unprofessional. Did not take place my vitals and when she left the room she started gossiiing with coworkers. The two people who came in after me were seen first. Please understand I was told by the girl that I was next. I wasn’t seen for 45 mins after being taken back to a room. They think they know how to appease a person but they are obviously not good at it. I will never come back here. I hesitated to go to urgent care because it can be so lengthy, time-consuming and not always getting what you need but Going to this urgent care changed everything they were so friendly and polite and professional and they got right down to what it was I needed and was able to help me out. I’m forever grateful to them and I would send my friends their name and information for the future.
