Driver goes down side roads too fast my son and I were standing by the road for the school bus and she was flying by. Called then to ask their driver to slow down and the lady was rude and said it was 25 mph. So unless she herself was driving and answered the phone how does she know. She didn’t have to be rude I know a lot of people in town. They should be careful being rude to people. Also almost two years ago my diaper bag got left in their vehicle and they never found it. Strait up do not call this company... I ran out gas it was cold out I was a mile and half from a gas station I called and ask if she was in the area and she said yes her GPS said 28 minutes away but she could be there in less than 20 minutes she told me not to walk. I waited for a while and ended up just walking to the gas station. she shows up 45 minutes later at the gas station and drives me 1 and half miles to my van and then tells me it's $40 because she had to come from houghton lake, however when she picked me up she s... read more
