It's not living up to it's potential. There's a LOT of water damage and they casually tried to give 4 days notice to empty the entire building of occupants. Many of whom are elderly or disabled. Needless to say THAT did not go over well. The water feels like it's shut off more than it's on and the stuff leaking smells a bit too much like sewage. I've lived here for over a year now. I don't have any major complaints. The building is in a good location, close to 75, close to downtown, public transportation is very accessible, and it's next to the art museum. The price isn't bad at all for it's location, it's also got a small gym, a WiFi room, and a reading room downstairs. The pool is there but it wasn't open this summer. The views are great!
