I've lived here for over a year now. I don't have any major complaints. The building is in a good location, close to 75, close to downtown, public transportation is very accessible, and it's next to the art museum. The price isn't bad at all for it's location, it's also got a small gym, a WiFi room, and a reading room downstairs. The pool is there but it wasn't open this summer. The views are great!
