Held a board meeting here and completely recommend. Everything was perfect.
They have renovated inside and looks great! However they downgraded the staff. Upon checking in my family who were visiting from the UK, we encountered a member of staff that was beyond rude and had no idea how to communicate appropriately to ANY question. She treated all of us very disrespectfully and assumed as we were from out of town we didn’t know anything about the hotel. My family asked if there was any possible way to have a room facing the garden and she rudely exclaimed that “she does not upgrade customers”. A simp... read more
24 hr front desk would be nice if he wasn’t snoring in the back, went to check out and heard snoring so went behind the desk and found bro out like a light. I can’t even leave!!! Rooms were nicely kept however
