Here is a letter I just sent to Executive Restoration. Please read if you have mold or an unresolved leak. Dear David, I'd like to thank you so much for your attention to detail, your professionalism and your ability to diagnose a problem that so many have failed to diagnose. My roof was damaged by hail in 2008, but I was unaware of the damage until 2010. My insurance inspector said that water damage to my bathroom was unrelated to a previously-discovered roof leak. He suspected the leak was coming from the concrete slab and suggested I call a plumber. I knew insurance would only cover a burst pipe so I delayed calling.
