Without a doubt, this was the most helpful process to our curiosity, of a property we were looking to purchase. These guys were absolutely amazing! They busted out their gadget(s) and started scanning all around including the crawlspace. I was able to peek a few times to see the wild array of coloring and mold spots. Come to find out, the place we were wanting to buy was mold infested, had serious electrical problems and had foundation issues. They saved us BIG Money!

I live in upstate New York, and it is a very humid environment. My apartment, after being rid of the dog urine-soaked carpet and rug pad, continued to smell, but this time the mold and mildew smell was much more pungent and present. I have had the oportunity to meet David, the owner of Executive Resoration. Never have I met somebody who is so honest, polite and hard working.
