We are so happy with our new apartment. Executive plaza has an amazing Apartment Manager who is genuine and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a nice community to be a part of give Experience plaza Apartments a call we got very lucky! Everything is conveniently located in an easy walking distance if every needed. Do. Not. Rent. Here. Bed bugs, maintenance told me to put a bucket under a roof leak instead of fixing, manager is super rude.
Manager of these apartment complex is beyond rude and very unprofessional, had an encounter with her over me parking my vehicle while I was visiting my best friend she approached me with the worst attitude telling me I was not allowed to park there because I was not a tenant, this place definitely needs to reconsider who they hire to manage their complex. -
Horrible neighbors!! Unless you want to hear people yelling brutally at their children and have your bathroom have a horrible stench of marijuana I do not recommend this place. They haven't replaced the carpets for ages, screen doors are broken, and a sprinkler had broke and flooded my room. It took them 2 years until they decided to fix it!!!
If you move I here take pictures of everything. Karen the manager is the only one allowed to have animals. Had bed bug scare when i lived there. Cute apts but tge windows are from the 70's sliding glass doors installed backwards so you can't secure them from inside. If you move out record everything. They are shyster and will keep most all of your deposit . If there is,anything on the walls, eg mirrors , make a note of it or you will be taxed for removal when you move out.
