Don’t recommend this management company at all.
Requested a work order 3 weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed. the receptionist very rude to the point that they said if you don't like it move out. definitely don't recommend it.

They have illegally stated that you have to pay rent when you are given a 60-day vacate do not fall for this they are very shady and they do not follow the laws and unless you know your rights they will Swindell you and keep your deposits if you are already having a problem with them go to the Greater Bakersfield legal Association they'll help you out they know all about them and how Shady they are!!!!!!!!!!
Executive Property Management and their person that runs that runs property Juana Pineda is horrible I rent from them and I have mold and Vermin throughout my whole house running rampid and they won't fix anything I had to get code enforcement involved and they deem the home and habitable due to the negligence don't rent from them they are the worst Property Management place I've ever seen in my life
