service great – I started using them because I was having unexpected surgery and didn't want to come home to a not so clean house. They were wonderful. Fit me in before my surgery and cleaned my house from top to bottom. I thought I would only have them one time til I got on my feet. It took longer to get "on my feet" than I had planned so I set them up for every 2 weeks. Now I'm back to work and fine and they are still coming. Fabulous customer service. – We've used Executive Maids for several years now. They call to confirm cleaning schedules ahead of time and are always prompt, courteous and professional. They provide great service and are reasonable.
Great service – I am a new client and needed my house to be 'deep cleaned'; the cleaning that I don't want to do on a monthly basis: super-scrub the bathrooms and kitchen. Along with the heavy stuff, I asked them to dust and vacuum. Three women came and the house was spotless in about an hour and a half. Very Professional – I have been using Executive Maids and have not had one problem. If they do happen to miss something (they are human!), you bring it to their attention and it's corrected before they leave. I have used two different teams and they are both great. I prefer to use the same team because they are familiar with my home. They come in, get to work and they're done! Never reimbursed stolen property; never heard from them again. – Two of my family members noticed an item missing immediately after the maids left. I called Executive Maids and asked them to reimburse. (they had already fired the employee) I was told the owner would call back. She never did. And they never showed up for the scheduled cleaning. Find an honest service that actually will insure a loss and is smart enough to not lose regular clients over an item that costs less than one cleaning!
