Great job – I use Executive Las Vegas whenever I'm in town now. It's easy to book a limo for the complete weekend. You don't have to wait in the limo lines at hotels. It's just a really convenient and I strongly suggest to others that they use the Executive Las Vegas for all their transportation needs.

Great Staff – When I booked my limo, I was able to add gratuity right then and there so I didn't have to worry about having cash on hand. Made everything a lot easier and stress-free for me.

Picked up on time – I've always been picked up on time and usually early. The drivers are all competent, professional, and safe. Prices are affordable and very competitive.

Star Cab Overcharges – To summarize our complaint lodged with the Star Cab Supervisor last night, we took a Star Cab from the Golden Nugget Hotel directly to the airport. The hotel hailed a cab from a waiting line of vehicles and the time was near 7:00 p.m. The cab driver was Caucasian we believe with a very slight build and a long thin goatee (fu man chu style) about 5’ 6” tall. Great company – Jackie was great and she helped me figure out different types of transportation for 3 different visits to Las Vegas for business. Excellent service which makes me always want to use Executive Las Vegas Limousine.

Avoid at all costs. – I don’t know if the restaurant I ate at had to call three different taxi services but it took 3 calls for a taxi to actually come to me. Anyway, the driver did not speak to me. This could be attributed to him having a bad day or the like but then he pulled out his Blackberry and called someone. Next, he actually texted while driving the cab. This happened on January 13th, 2012 at about 7:00 PM. The ride was from Metro Pizza on Tropicana Ave. to the Harrah’s hotel on the strip. I didn’t get the taxi driv... read more

Excellent service – I got a ride from the airport to the Flamingo from van #420 I believe. After we arrived at the hotel, it became apparent that my iPhone had dropped from my coat pocket into the van' seat. I contacted their office and within an hour they returned my phone to me safe and sound. As confusing as it may have been, they were helpful, patient, and remained professional throughout the whole phone call.

Bad shuttle – We had to wait half an hour extra to finally get our shuttle from the Golden Nugget and were told that the shuttle that did pick us up was not even the one originally sent for us. Other people on the shuttle were upset because they were picked up late too. Also Executive was more expensive than Bell, which came three times while were were waiting for Executive.
