After having an awful experience getting my Jeep properly repaired after the engine light came on, I requested to speak with the service manager giving him 3 days advance notice that I was coming in to speak to him and he did not make the time to come talk to me. This shop has poor diagnosis skills, lied about test driving my vehicle prior to giving it back, resulting in the engine light still being on, left loose bolts upon giving me back my car, and on top of all that the service manager wouldn't even meet with me.
