First Apartment Not sure about whole complex but I lived here in E building across the street from main building. This was in 2010 when I was 20. For a one bed/one bath, it was great. Huge living area, huge bedroom, enclosed porch that was accessible from living room or via sliding door at in bedroom. Have never found an apartment as good for $ since

Not a Safe Environment Been a resident since 2021. I hear gunshots going off in the neighborhood every week, there are constantly cars parked in the lot playing loud music after quite hours (which the property doesn't enforce). Raccoons on the property drag garbage all over, several Coyote's have been spotted killing house cats and the ducks that live on the property. Management says they have security onsite but I've never seen them or felt their presence. They don't tow unauthorized cars that park overnight, the property i... read more

Awful Management They require a 1 year lease when you move in but after it's up they go month to month so they can raise their rent. They advertise tennis courts, pools and workout room but the facilities are old and run down (like taking a time warp to the 80's). The hallways smell like mildew and are never cleaned, lighting goes out in common areas and will take them months to replace a simple light bulb. 2017-2024 Everything I've needed and helpful staff. I suppose there have been issues with the laundry machines but they've been fixed.
Affordable place Parking is bad. It can get loud if your unit is near 15th Ave cause of constant car noise, sirens, and crazy people screaming middle of the night. The buildings are old. The landscape is well maintained. It was hard to move in/out because of the layout. It is an affordable place.

Good price, great sized rooms, friendly neighbors This was my first apartment and I was very pleased with the space I had in my room and living room. Throughout time I met random neighbors across this large complex and there are some really cool people here. The staff was always nice and understanding. Location is nearby the bus and a QFC is right across the street. Very good place to live especially with the crazy prices and small apartments you find nowadays.

Great Place to Live! As a young professional, I’ve really appreciated my time at Executive Estates and just recently signed another year long lease. The office has been great to work with and the apartments are well maintained. The security patrols are also fantastic and I truly appreciate the steps the owners have taken to keep the complex feeling safe and protected. Thank you for everything you do guys! :)

WORST MANAGEMNT Worst managenent ever. I had lived there for more than 4 years. The manager before was really nice and the managment was good but since kristina came as the manger, the management has become wrost. The staff has manager has no respect for its tenants and donot know how to speak to people. The apartment is really nice and I love the area but management really sucks. Our apartment has water leakage problem and they donot even care after we put the maintainance request 4 times. WORST MANAGEMENT.

Needs better management I had an apartment at Executive Estates for almost nine years. The complex itself is ok, but the office ruins it. My time there was very stressful, and I was never treated with any respect or consideration. I have lived in several other apartments, and the management at all of them was so polite and helpful- exactly the opposite of Executive.
