After not having water supply for the second time this week, I decided to call the office to report the problem. Clearly this must have not been the greatest idea because I got attitude from the receptionist, which is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Castillo is one of the biggest slumlords to own property in New York. 145 W. Kingsbridge Rd. continuously has no heat and hot water. You never know if you’re going to have it or not. He Will never talk to you on the phone, He does not have voicemail to leave a message. All you get is the receptionist who says she will pass the message along to him.
