I bought a car from here January 10th 2025. There were red flags I should’ve never overlooked (doing everything over the phone, paying with a money order, and doing the paperwork out of their house and not a dealership office)… Soon as I started driving home the check engine light came one, later that night the car wouldn’t start at all. Purchased my dream car from Chris in the beginning of the year. He was communicative throughout the process and didn’t make it a hassle when it came to making a deal. Have had the car for over a week and can honestly say I don’t regret purchasing from Chris.
Great job. Transparent pricing. Stayed in the timeframe they established.
Purchase 2015 Ford Focus August 2024 1 week after purchase the transmission went out. Looking at $4,500 plus for rebuild. So a $6,000 car now cost $11,000. No help from Exclusive Automotive. Would not recommend them. Purchase certified vehicles from New new car dealer with warranty. Exclusive Auto is all vehicles with rebuild title's(wrecked, flood damages etc) Which we didn't know until we decided to purchase vehicles. I would suggest not buying used cars we salvage title's from Exclusive Automotive.
