Buyer be ware!! As consistent with other bad reviews. Glenn appears to be a very experienced used car salesman. When it comes to warranty, you can expect every play out of a used car salesman’s book. Glenn has gone to lengths to make the issue with my car appear like it was my fault, when it was reported defective after driving it home from the dealership.
Had the Pleasure of dealing with these guys. Nothing but praise for the whole process. Lorenzo was good enough to pick me up off the train after quite a journey. Glenn was nothing but helpful on the phone with a definite caring attitude and wanting to look after his customers. Would definitely go back!!
Thank you to Lorenzo for selling me a reliable car with zero mechanical issues! I had my mechanic in Dural give the car a good inspection today he spent 1 hour & 30 mins checking it out all he had to do was change a light bulb under the rear plate & he replaced wiper blades front & rear he said there are no oil leaks or any other fluid leaks & looks like the car had been serviced he couldn’t find anything except brakes will need to be done in 8,000kms which is no massive issue! Just bought a 2005 Corolla that was polished and detailed to the enth degree, I've had it 2 days and the front bumper on the drivers side dropped down and the radio surround is coming out of the dash. The car was over priced and I only bought because I was stuck in Sydney and needed a car. I have txt the salesman without a reply. They get cheap cars buff them up and sell them at a high price be careful
This is the best dealership among all the ones we’ve visited. I've bought my dream car here, and both Glen and Lawrenz are fantastic—very polite, patient, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them! Although there are many larger dealerships out there, all of their cars are high-quality and well-selected.
