I cannot share enough about how awful this management service is. They are constantly sending notices and fining us as though they are trying to run us from the neighborhood. I am pretty sure that it is discrimination. I have been sent a notice asking to pressure wash my driveway when the spot that was there dried up by the time I got home. Additionally, they are fining me for weeds that are not there. I don’t have much to say about Exclusive Association Management — except that it’s a hard place to work. As a licensed and seasoned professional (27yrs), I came in hopeful and ready to contribute. Unfortunately, that hope didn’t translate into a positive experience. In my opinion, there were too many moments of unprofessional behavior and questionable decision-making that made it difficult — and at times, risky — to do the job responsibly. The tone and wording of these reviews don't align with the typical experience shared by actual residents or clients. I would approach them with caution and dig deeper before making any decisions.
