Our HOA switched to EAM in April. We have found them to be very helpful and supportive
I do not recommend anyone be affiliated with this HOA company! Their sole purpose should be to keep the community beautiful and safe; however, it is evident that they are a money hungry company that lacks morals and integrity! I moved into a property and was fined over $500 for a violation that was resolved IMMEDIATELY! The notice stated that it was our THIRD notice when that was not true.
