Well I normally pay over the amount owed when paying my bills and have done so with this HOA. However, I get a notice that I owe 350.00 when I had a 150.00 credit. This HOA does nothing for the neighborhood except cut the grass at the entrance. Nothing about new houses being built in the same subdivision, what type ( affordable or what) which will bring more traffic, school buses and foot traffic. We report when the street lights are out… they don’t. And they have gone up…. For what?

A waste of time. Unable to contact anyone, unable to get clear answers on where funds are going. Board members are not responsive and no one takes accountability at this management company. It would be nice to have a company who actually managed and cared about the neighborhood or their clients. Had a lawyer on retainer but that lawyer also does nothing and will advise you to write things up for him just to sign it. Daniel Branzano (supervisor) lacks accountability and professionalism. When contacted about our HOA dues, he stated that we owed no dues and we have now received an email stating that we now owe said dues. When questioned, he stated it was a computer glitch. Computers only put out the information that a human has provided. All of this is after a previous "glitch" in which every home in our community was sent a past due notice with a late fee attached. They have made it near impossible to pay your HOA fees electronically. They use a 3rd party Homewise who uses incorrect terminology & you can’t tell how or when to pay plus they get lawyers involved to send you collections past due fees. However when you have called & left messages & emailed prior to all of this together access to your account they never bother to respond! They are a horrible & frustrating I wish our HOA never used them!
