A waste of time. Unable to contact anyone, unable to get clear answers on where funds are going. Board members are not responsive and no one takes accountability at this management company. It would be nice to have a company who actually managed and cared about the neighborhood or their clients. Had a lawyer on retainer but that lawyer also does nothing and will advise you to right things up for him just to sign it. This seems like a company who is scheming folks out of money and it’s unfortunate.
Daniel Branzano (supervisor) lacks accountability and professionalism. When contacted about our HOA dues, he stated that we owed no dues and we have now received an email stating that we now owe said dues. When questioned, he stated it was a computer glitch. Computers only put out the information that a human has provided. All of this is after a previous "glitch" in which every home in our community was sent a past due notice with a late fee attached. They have made it near impossible to pay your HOA fees electronically. They use a 3rd party Homewise who uses incorrect terminology & you can’t tell how or when to pay plus they get lawyers involved to send you collections past due fees. However when you have called & left messages & emailed prior to all of this together access to your account they never bother to respond! They are a horrible & frustrating I wish our HOA never used them!
Unfortunately, Exclusive Association Management has gone downhill recently. The management team lacks direction, and it’s frustrating how no one ever has a clear answer when asked questions. It feels like no one is truly in charge or able to resolve issues effectively. I really miss when Norman was with the company—he always knew what he was doing and had solutions to problems. I must say since relocating to Georgia and working with Exclusive Association Management was a blessing! They really care about there tenants/clients. Julie Stephens was always available and any maintenance that needed to be taken care of...she was just a text, phone call, or email away. If your looking for management company that puts you first...I would highly recommend this management team. They really put you and your family first!!
