This HOA’s service is unacceptable. One mistake is forgivable, two is concerning, and three confirms the service is simply bad. (I just got 3 services, all are bad) Special assessment added July 1, due July 10, but postal mail sent July 6 or 7th — only three days’ notice. Violation added July 7 but mailed July 16 and received July 17 — again only three days to respond. Moved into a new home 3 years ago and this company manages the HOA. I would advise anyone seeking to purchase a home that they manage to seek another home as they are woefully incompetent and at best lacking integrity. We have been in our home for 3 years and have experienced a lack of communication according to their own policies and guidelines, there non- adherence to the policies and guidelines of our HOA covenant, and flat out lies regarding a host of issues. Very poor service. They are sending delayed mails and sometimes no emails or mails for hos violations. Very poor service provided for Shakerag farms association homeowners. I wish we had a negative rating option
Think long and hard before...
This HOA company is money hungry and impossible to contact and communicate with. After we bought our house in their association, we received notification of late HOA dues 2 years after the payment was due and were told our original notices were “lost in the mail”, yet we get notified of all of the late fees and interest we’ve accrued.
