Great service and always friendly accommodating staff.
We have been with Exceptional Property Management going on 5 years now. They manage 13 Single Family homes for us. They definitely live up to their name. We are pleased with their professionalism both to us and to our tenants. Some of the tenants we know, and we have received favorable feedback. They are knowledgeable of current and new laws, very important. They are staffed and equipped to handle move ins and move outs efficiently.
