Everyone was very professional. All of the appropriate precautions were taken for COVID-19. I felt comfortable and above all they did a spectacular job which, exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending there services to friends and family!
I love my new Dentist. The staff were so warm and friendly. I felt like the doctor gave me the royal treatment and made everything so easy from understanding the procedures, next steps being taken, checking on how I felt, and just plain caring about me every step of the way. I’m so glad we chose our Dentist!
If a “patient” could be addressed any better then, I would like to see it. From the time of first contact, to process/procedure completion I was treated as a family member. SAFETY was and is very paramount in this young practice. All questions were answered, as well as fully explained. Each and every team member are fully qualified to provide the care required and they do it with no fanfare. THANK YOU.
The whole staff cares for their patients beyond their regular work, from the front desk to Dr. Matthews. Dr. Matthews is extremely careful to allow pain as much as possible. She is so compassionate even gave me her cell number during a time when I had a problem. Great follow up!
I felt very comfortable with all the safety precautions during my recent visit to Dr Matthews. Everyone was gowned, masked, Professional while still maintaining a level of comfort and friendliness.
We are new patients and were able to get appointments within a month of registering. The office is welcoming, the staff is caring and thorough. Dr. Matthews explained the different procedures she was performing during my cleaning and check-up. We look forward to continuing as members of this dental family.
I'm always really nervous when I go to the dentist. However, from the moment I walked into the reception area I was greeted with a warm welcome. It didn't stop there. The dental assistant, as well as Dr. Bayley, were extremely pleasant. I plan to transition my household from their current dental office to this one.
Clean, friendly, professional and thorough in everything they do. I recommend Dr Matthews whenever the subject of dentistry comes up.
