Dr. Matthews is a wonderful dentist. I have been seeing her for years. She is also wonderful with kids. My three kids have been going to her since they were toddlers. She is caring and professional. Her office does a great job of keeping appointments on time and they are very strict about enforcing COVID-19 protocols.
My experience was great. The dentist was so nice and SHE did my cleaning. The last place I went, a hygienist did most of the appointment and I didn't see the dentist until the very, very end. No one tried to push anything on me like some other dentists I've visited (Invisalign, electric toothbrushes, premium fluoride treatments, etc.) . So glad to have found this office and will be back in 6 months!
Today was my first visit with Dr. Amanda Matthews, I must tell you Dr. Matthews explained everything that she was doing and why, this was very interesting. Before starting to work on my teeth I explained a medical condition that I have to be sitting up high and Dr. Matthews took care of that. She did a great job and gave me suggestions for taking better care of my teeth.
Very personal staff. All protocols for Covid strictly unforced.
First place l would look for dental help. Extremely clean and Covid Aware! Friendly & thorough!
I am soooo satisfied and happy about my Dentist , Dr. Matthew. She is so exceptional caring, kind and gentle. The staff is always pleasant and so exceptionally professional! Always practicing the CDC RULES! You always feel safe! The office is always nice and clean. Marie is very efficient and courteous! The Best!! I have already told a few people about Exceptional Dentistry.
I always have the best experience at the dentist and Dr Amanda Matthew is best dentist I ever had.
My wife and I were patients for Dr. Matthews and Dr. Bailey when they both were with New Concept Dental. They were highly competent and caring. When New Concept Dental moved its office, we stayed with it but they left. I was then assigned to a dental hygienist, not a dentist, for my dental care, who was not up to the task we expected from a dentist. I missed Dr. Matthews' skillful service and decided to come back to her. I am glad I did because she did a very good job fixing my cracked molar as expected from her.
They took me fast so I didn't have to wait long. The assistant was really nice and good. The dentist did an excellent job and is a very personable and nice woman. I will definitely go there again and again.
