Scheduled times are honored much better than in many other offices where I have been treated. The staff is absolutely friendly and professional. My dentist, Dr. Edward Bayley is very easy to talk to, and does take his time to explain procedures and options. I do appreciate all them very much.

I switched to Exceptional Dentistry a year ago. I wish I had done it earlier. This practice is all I could have hoped for: two dentists who are attentive and receptive to the patient's needs, questions, and concerns, and who handle each patient with gentle, painless dentistry. Dr. Bayley and Dr. Matthews are by far superior to previous dentists I have had. They are truly interested in the patient's dental well-being. I recently had a tooth break, and I was scheduled for an appointment within 48 hours. This is truly a one-stop dental office (in the past I was referred outside to other dentists/specialists). The office staff and all other personnel associated with this practice are as "exceptional" as the two dentists. "Exceptional Dentistry of Delaware" is truly the right name for this practice.

I cannot recommend this office enough! Everyone .. Dr. Mathews.. the hygienist…. assistants and office managers are kind friendly and somehow make you feel so comfortable. I walked in yesterday and had the wrong date for my appointment…. Marie .. at the front desk told me to have a seat and in minutes was able to get me in that day even though the office is extremely busy! Thank you Doctor and staff !!
