THEY MISMANAGED OUR COMMUNITY Would give zero if I could, DO NOT move into a community that this company manages. They do not know anything about HOA laws, budgets and are in my opinion are unethical. If you sing their praises they let you do anything you want if you question anything they will hunt you down and make your time in the community miserable. Hip Hip Hooray that's my way of cheering for JENNIFER GROOM. She gets 20 stars in regard to customer service. I was having problems through the bank ONLINE to make a HOA payment. She stayed on the line held my hand and waled me through the process. Most of all she was so patient with me. I really appreciate her. YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE LIKE HER. THANK JENNIFER YOU ARE THE BEST
