I really enjoyed my time living at Excelsior. The community atmosphere was one of the best parts—friendly neighbors and a welcoming environment made it feel like home. The property manager was always responsive and quick to address any issues, which made a big difference. The apartments themselves are well-built, renovated , and comfortable. Overall, a great place to live and I was there for over 2 years!
The Excelsior Apartments has been the best apartment experience of my life. These apartments are close to everything. Any issues were fixed in less than 24 hours!!! Amazing apartment building and can't say enough good things about it! Price is also really good for the location!!!

Had a great experience living at Excelsior. The management is super helpful and very responsive. The 1-BR apartments are very spacious with plenty of room for storage too. The location is perfect with easy access to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, the metro, GW Waterfront Park, Kennedy Center etc.
