I had a great experience living at the Excelsior the last 3 years. Justine and Natalie are great - always attentive and quick to fix any problem that might come up maintence wise. The units are very spacious and light filled- I enjoyed the updated kitchen. The shared laundry in the building is easy to use and very clean. The metro and grocery store are within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. This is the perfect location adjacent to Georgetown and the Potomac. Highly recommend this community!
We really enjoyed living at Excelsior. The apartment was spacious, quiet and had room for storage. The location is great within walking distance of Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Kennedy Center and GW metro station. I was teaching at Georgetown University and found it very convenient. The manager Natalie was very nice, effective and helpful.
I really enjoyed my time living at Excelsior. The community atmosphere was one of the best parts—friendly neighbors and a welcoming environment made it feel like home. The property manager was always responsive and quick to address any issues, which made a big difference. The apartments themselves are well-built, renovated , and comfortable. Overall, a great place to live and I was there for over 2 years!
The Excelsior Apartments has been the best apartment experience of my life. These apartments are close to everything. Any issues were fixed in less than 24 hours!!! Amazing apartment building and can't say enough good things about it! Price is also really good for the location!!!
It was great to return to the apartment for 15 days of work in DC. Natalie and Justine thank you so much for your excellent accommodation and support for those traveling from far away. Best!
