Highly recommend! Everyone is so nice and extremely professional.
My experience was great solely to the Aide/ Receptionist at the front desk. I believe her name was Alexis or Alexia. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I may have had and was funny patient with me. Her customer service skills really stood out throughout the entire process for me. I enjoyed my visit to Excelsia in Essex, in large part to her.
