So, our family needed a new place to go and a new set of hands to cut our hair. Today, my kid Kait and I came in and saw Steve. He consulted with Kait fairly extensively about what they wanted, before even picking up his shears. Just had my first experience with excellence salon, and it was great! Steve was absolutely amazing! He didn’t just color and cut my hair, he educated me so much about a variety of things, including good products to use with my new color, all while not pressuring and pushing me to buy products from him.
