Great carpet cleaning service and customer service. I called the night before I needed the service and he effectively replied early in the morning the next day and came. My carpet is a light tan color and it looks practically new again.

Excellence Janitorial services truly live up to their name. They are EXCELLENT! I normally have my carpets cleaned every 6 months. This was a 12 month cleaning involving heaving traffic and stains. Gerald made my carpets and rugs look like new. Also the prices are reasonable. Darrell did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets throughout my entire home. From the beginning, he was honest, professional, and very prompt. He even came out the same day to provide an honest estimate. What really stood out to me was his integrity — he told me my hardwood floors did not need cleaning instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services.
