I’m writing this today because it stormed again. I used this company to replace my roof four years ago. Dave Perez came to my home, gave his sales pitch of doing excellent work that he guaranteed for a lifetime. I chose shingles, we made plans for the roof which included replacing some decking and soffit, then he demanded a deposit of $2500.
