I came here based off my own research & the google reviews. I will say first; the google reviews lived up to every single expectation. I purchased my vehicle brand new; that’s how I wanted it to look after the work was done. It did. Most of these bigger shops that insurance companies recommend do rush jobs & you leave with a vehicle that doesn’t meet expectations. They didn’t rush the job, kept me updated, & G (I think that was his name) was very good with communication. Definitely will recommend them to others.
Excellence Auto Collision went above and beyond on my 2021 Honda Accord! Ghee was patient, honest, and walked me through every step, even helping me get a loaner car from Enterprise. When I picked up my car, not only was the repair flawless, but they had detailed it too. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs!
