Horrible experience. Never respond to emails or voicemail. They let the swimming pool sit for 5 months without maintenance, it became green, full of mosquitoes and dead rodents. Only a call to the city made them clean it. They don’t fix water damage caused by rain leaking through windows, or when a drugged out manager left his tub filling up and it flooded other apartments.
