I have been a client with EXCEL MEDICAL CENTER for 20 years (started before the name change). EXCEL M.C. has provided excellent patient care! The staff, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Lab technicians, and clinical Receptionists are Professional!!!! I've never had a visit that was not timely, courteous, welcoming or friendly! EXCEL MEDICAL CENTER feels like FAMILY with genuine support for your Healthcare 💙

Brand new beautiful building unfortunately, staff is so unprofessional. Medical assistant very miserable not happy with her job barely spoke a word and when she did you couldn’t understand it was mumbled. Phone calls are rarely answered you would spend all day trying to get through. Doctors come and go so we don’t know who we’re going to see when we get there.

The front desk never answers when you call, you have to keep calling and to get a response. My original doctor left with no word and my fiancé had to wait 2 months for them to put in a pre-authorization for his insulin. The lady kept saying she will do it for weeks and never did.
