Horrible customer service. They never pick up the phone. After so many attempts I gave up and just drove up to the office. I saw my doctor two weeks ago and have yet to hear back from him. No one at the office knows when he'll be back in the office. Or maybe they're just giving me the run-around. I call again today and they pick up the phone and hang up on me. I'm done with this place.
These people do not care about their patients. I would not recommend anybody go to Excell medical center. their philosophy is that pain is a normal part of life and that people should just learn to live with it!
There are so many cons to going here that it ends up not being worth it if you could receive better care elsewhere. To start, Ebony (one of the receptionists) is so rude and short. She’s the main reason I’m looking for a new PCP. I received a text message stating that I had a followup scheduled on a date I never scheduled with a doctor I’ve never seen before.
