Even with scheduled appointments you still have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. Office is very slow. No one ever answers the phone. Do not choose this office if have better options available.
Never answers the phone. Takes forever to call you to the back. Just a hot mess I don’t recommend
The office/doctors do not respond to communication attempts and outreach from pharmacists or insurance companies. I became a new patient in January, and literally every single month for the last 5 months I have had issues and delays getting maintenance medications properly prescribed for mail order delivery. The worst experience. They don’t answer the phones when calling for appointments or referrals. When you go there to get answers the customer service is horrible. This place is horrible. Please go somewhere else to get proper care.
